Improve women’s health indicators by reducing disparities of poor birth outcomes and the rate of teen pregnancy, while increasing the percentage of women receiving annual preventative care

Decrease the use of the Emergency Room for mental health treatment and improve McLennan’s County ranking in Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s component of “poor mental health days”
