On this Sunday when congregational worship has been made impossible because of the COVID-19 virus, it is good to note that at least one church, Antioch Community Church in Waco, has brought people together in recent days. They did not come together to worship, but to serve their community.
Waco ISD, Texas Hunger Initiative, and others have risen to the occasion in providing educational materials for area students. We’ve posted some pictures. Here’s a link to a brief video.
