Heaven Lee hoists a plaque recognizing the community work of Esther's Closet in East Waco. Esther's Closet is a service provided by the Cen-Tex African American Chamber of Commerce, and Heaven is workforce initiatives coordinator, a joint position with CTAACC and Prosper Waco.
