Cierra Shipley and A.J. Smith interview Prosper Waco's DeAngela Bynum and Telawna Kirbie. DeAngela is the social worker tasked to help those who have frequent run-ins with law enforcement but just need a little extra help to get them back on their feet. DeAngela started at WPD in August and has so far made an impact on many in the community, connecting them to much needed recourses. Enjoy!
