Dr. Jones Adesina is the inaugural Chief Impact Officer at Waco Family Medicine whose primary role is to set the vision of equitable health care delivery by managing programs that address social drivers of health, maternal health outcomes, and staff equity initiatives.
Chief Deputy Jake Burson
Chief Deputy, McLennan County
Jake Burson has over 26 years of law enforcement experience, including 16 years as a Texas Ranger. He has served as Chief Deputy of the McLennan County Sheriff’s Office since May 2026. He prioritizes mental health initiatives and diversion to mental health facilities, connecting individuals with meaningful, long-term care rather than short-term incarceration.
Dr. Chris Allen
Superintendent, Midway ISD
Dr. Allen has served Midway ISD as Superintendent since February of 2023. Allen’s 30-year career has included experience as a Deputy Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, and a high school principal. He works to improve student outcomes, develop positive morale, accomplish operational improvements, and models dedication to building relationships and community relations.
Tammy Becker
Deputy Executive Director, Academic and Leadership Services, ESC Region 12
Tammy Becker is a fourth-generation Central Texas resident and lifelong educator. Currently serving as Deputy Executive Director of Academic and Leadership Services, she leverages her background as a classroom teacher, literacy coach and campus principal to bridge theory with practice to bring a grounded practitioner's stance to educational policy.

Pat Curry is a Waco entrepreneur who has created over one thousand jobs in McLennan County, revitalized Central Freight Lines, and built Miracle-Ear Centers nationwide. A philanthropist who has provided free hearing aids worldwide, he now serves as State Representative, fighting for lower property taxes, border security, and local agriculture.
