His background and training have helped shape a strategic leadership approach centered on partnership, long-term solutions and community impact.
In his new role, Chet will help support Prosper Waco’s collaborative work across key initiatives, including behavioral health, education and community well-being. He is especially passionate about building strong partnerships that create healthier and safer communities for all.
“Chet brings a unique combination of leadership experience, systems thinking and a deep commitment to community collaboration,” said Jessica Attas, CEO of Prosper Waco. “His background in behavioral health and crisis response aligns closely with the work Prosper Waco is leading alongside our partners, and we are excited to have him join our team as we continue working to drive long-term impact in our community.”
Chet shared that he is excited to continue building relationships with community partners and contributing to the mission and vision of Prosper Waco through collaborative, data-informed work that strengthens outcomes for individuals and families across McLennan County.
